Welcome to The Deals Store. These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use our website and mobile applications, share deals, manage a retailer profile or participate in our publishing partner programme.
By accessing or using The Deals Store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
The Deals Store is a UK-focused platform that helps shoppers discover deals, offers, sale announcements and value-for-money products and services.
We bring together deals submitted by members of the community and offers published by retailers and service providers. We may also feature deals from third-party retailers and online marketplaces through commercial or affiliate partnerships.
Our aim is to help shoppers make informed buying decisions while giving retailers and service providers opportunities to reach new customers.
Some features require you to register for an account.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use your account responsibly. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for deceptive purposes or use the platform to mislead other users.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Registered members may list deals, share offers, comment, rate and participate in community activities where these features are available.
When submitting a deal, you must ensure that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. This includes the product or service, price, offer details, relevant conditions, images and expiry date where applicable.

We may review, edit, reject, hide or remove deals and other content that breach our rules or are no longer suitable for the platform.
Retailers and service providers may create a store profile to publish their offers on The Deals Store.
Store creation requires verification of the retailer's email address. Retailers are responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to represent the business and that the information they provide is accurate.
Retailers must not publish misleading promotions, invented discounts, false reference prices or offers that are unavailable on the stated terms.
We may restrict or remove store profiles and listings where information is inaccurate, a business cannot be reasonably verified, or these terms are breached.
Email verification confirms control of the email address. It does not, by itself, guarantee a retailer's reputation, financial standing, product quality or fulfilment of orders.
The Deals Store may invite eligible community members to become publishing partners based on their ability to identify worthwhile deals and contribute helpful comments.
Publishing partners may be assigned one or more retailers and are authorised to promote and share deals from their assigned retailers in accordance with the programme rules.
Eligible publishing partners can earn up to 50% of revenue generated through their assigned retailers, subject to the applicable partner agreement, attribution arrangements, qualifying revenue, adjustments and payment conditions.
Not every deal or click will generate revenue. Retailer commissions and other revenue may depend on purchases, validation by the retailer or affiliate network, cancellations, returns and other applicable conditions.
Publishing partners must not misrepresent offers, manipulate engagement, generate fraudulent transactions or use misleading promotional methods.
Specific earning calculations, reporting, payment thresholds, payment schedules and other programme requirements may be set out separately and form part of the applicable partner agreement.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or end the programme, subject to applicable agreements and legal obligations.
Some deals may contain affiliate links or form part of a commercial partnership. Where a qualifying purchase or other eligible action takes place through such a link, The Deals Store or an eligible publishing partner may receive revenue or commission.
Affiliate relationships do not increase the price charged to you by the retailer solely because you use an affiliate link, although the retailer's prices and terms may change independently.
We aim to make relevant commercial relationships clear. The presence of a deal on our platform should not be interpreted as a guarantee or endorsement of the retailer, product or service.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate deal listings. However, offers, prices, stock levels, delivery charges and promotional conditions can change without notice.
Deals may expire, sell out or become unavailable before a listing is updated.
Before making a purchase, you should check the retailer's website for the final price, product specifications, availability, delivery costs, eligibility requirements and applicable terms.
The Deals Store does not guarantee that every deal will remain available or that a stated saving represents the lowest price previously offered.
The Deals Store is a deal discovery platform, not the seller of products or services listed by independent retailers.
When you follow a link to a retailer and make a purchase, your purchase contract is normally with that retailer or the relevant seller. The retailer's terms and applicable consumer protection laws govern the transaction.
We do not ordinarily process the retailer's orders or payments, arrange delivery, or handle returns and refunds for third-party purchases.
Questions or complaints about a purchase should generally be directed to the relevant retailer. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
We want The Deals Store to be a useful and respectful community.
You must not use the platform to harass other users, publish abusive or unlawful material, manipulate ratings or voting, spread malicious software, misuse personal information or interfere with the operation of the website or app.
We may moderate content and take proportionate action where necessary, including removing content, restricting features or suspending accounts.
We do not guarantee that every submission will be published or that every listing, comment or review will be independently verified in full.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights of any third parties. By submitting content, you grant The Deals Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, distribute and adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve our platform and related services.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and grant this licence.
Product names, retailer names, logos and images may belong to their respective owners. They must not be used in a way that infringes their rights or falsely suggests an association or endorsement.
The Deals Store may prohibit or restrict certain categories of products, services and promotional content to comply with applicable laws, safety requirements and platform policies.
These may include illegal goods, weapons and explosives, tobacco and vaping products, alcoholic drinks, counterfeit items, prohibited medicines, hazardous materials and other restricted categories.
We may remove listings or restrict accounts where an offer falls within a prohibited category or creates legal, safety or platform-integrity concerns.
We aim to keep The Deals Store available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always operate without errors.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features, services or parts of the platform when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.
You must not attempt to disrupt the platform, bypass security measures, access restricted systems without permission or collect data through unauthorised automated methods.
To the extent permitted by law, The Deals Store is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party retailers, the quality or safety of their products, their delivery arrangements, or changes to their offers and prices.
We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in a particular saving, purchase outcome or financial benefit.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to those requirements, we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate third-party information or temporary interruptions to the platform.
